Birthday Parties
Celebrate your special day in a space you can personalise. This space is ideal for birthdays of all ages, with ample room for games, music, decorations, and catering. We welcome DIY setups and have helpful suggestions for local party suppliers.
Meetings & AGMs
A quiet, professional space for community meetings, business gatherings or local AGMs. Seating for up to 80 attendees, projection capabilities, and kitchen access for refreshments.
Kids Holiday Clubs

Booking Information
To hire Froyle Village Hall, please complete a Hiring Agreement for each event and agree to our Standard Terms and Conditions, available to download from this website.
The hall can be hired for a morning, afternoon, or evening session, each lasting four hours. Shorter bookings are also available by the hour for added flexibility. Please note that weekend rates apply to Friday evenings, Saturdays, and Sundays.
